Booking Terms — Owner Review Required
This page is a transparent drafting checklist, not an approved booking contract. Commercial and legal terms must be supplied or approved by the business owner and legal adviser.
Status: incomplete legal document, withheld from search indexing. Rely on the specific written quotation and owner-approved terms supplied before payment.
Accepted itinerary and quotation
The final written proposal should identify the route, dates, traveller count, accommodation basis, transport, activities, permits, inclusions, exclusions and total price. A package page alone is not a booking confirmation.
Booking and payment
The owner must approve the event that creates a binding booking, the deposit amount or formula, accepted payment methods, balance deadline, currencies, fees, beneficiary-verification process and late-payment consequences.
Cancellations and changes
The owner must approve traveller-cancellation tiers, supplier deductions, change fees, refunds, no-show treatment, transfer rules and operator-cancellation remedies. These cannot be inferred safely from the repository.
Permits, flights and supplier conditions
The final terms should explain which third-party items have separate conditions, when they become non-refundable, how price changes are handled and what evidence is provided to the traveller.
Itinerary disruption
The owner must define the process and remedies for weather, road, park, border, supplier, safety and other operational changes, including the treatment of material substitutions.
Travel insurance
Travellers should check that their chosen policy is appropriate for every planned activity and read its medical, evacuation, cancellation, delay and baggage conditions. Any mandatory insurance requirement must be owner-approved and stated before booking.
Passports, entry and health
Official rules depend on nationality, route and personal circumstances and can change. The final terms should assign responsibilities clearly without presenting general website guidance as immigration or medical advice.
Accessibility and traveller information
Travellers should disclose needs relevant to safe planning. The owner must approve how sensitive information is requested, protected, shared with suppliers and retained.
Liability and force majeure
Limits, exclusions, third-party responsibility, unavoidable events and applicable statutory rights require legal drafting for the company's actual business and must not be invented by the website implementation.
Complaints and dispute resolution
The owner must approve in-trip reporting channels, response procedures, written-complaint deadlines, escalation or mediation options, governing law, jurisdiction and the contracting legal entity.
