Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about East Africa safaris, mountain climbs, gorilla trekking, beach extensions and booking.

Are your safaris private or group?

We arrange both private safaris for your own party and small-group joining safaris for travellers who want a lower shared cost. Tell us your preferred style when you enquire.

What's the difference between budget camping and lodge safaris?

Budget camping uses simple camps and excellent guiding to keep costs low. Lodge safaris use en-suite rooms, restaurants, pools and more comfort while keeping the same core wildlife experience.

When is the best time for a Kenya/Tanzania safari and the Great Migration?

June to October and January to March are excellent for dry-season wildlife viewing. Mara River crossings are usually best July to October, while southern Serengeti calving is usually December to March.

Are gorilla permits included?

Permit inclusion and availability must be stated in the final quotation. A package page is not confirmation that a permit has been reserved or included.

Do you arrange Kilimanjaro and Mount Kenya climbs?

The catalogue includes Kilimanjaro and Mount Kenya routes. The final proposal should state the crew, equipment, park fees, support and safety arrangements for the selected climb.

Can families, seniors and solo travellers enquire?

Yes. Tell the team about ages, mobility, room arrangements, preferred pace and whether a private or shared departure is required so feasibility can be checked.

Can a beach stay be added?

The catalogue includes safari-and-beach ideas for Zanzibar and the Kenya coast. The exact transfers, beach location and accommodation are confirmed in the accepted itinerary.

How do I book and pay?

Send an enquiry by form, WhatsApp or email. Do not make a payment until you have an accepted itinerary, written price and verified beneficiary instructions from the company.

Do you offer airport transfers and car hire?

Airport transfers and vehicle arrangements can be requested. Availability, vehicle type, driver arrangements and insurance terms must be confirmed in writing.

Where is the company based?

The published office address is Greenspan Mall, Donholm, Off Jogoo Road, Nairobi, Kenya. Registration, licensing, association and trading-history claims require owner evidence before they can be published.
