Information submitted through this website
The enquiry form asks for a name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, traveller counts, preferred dates, budget range, safari interest and message. A selected package is retained with the enquiry where applicable.
How the website processes an enquiry
The application validates the form on the server and, only when the owner configures the server-only endpoint, forwards accepted enquiries to Formspree for delivery. It does not expose that endpoint in browser code. Basic short-lived in-memory anti-duplicate and rate controls may process a request address.
Other contact channels
Email, telephone and WhatsApp are separate services with their own technical and privacy practices. Avoid sending passport copies, payment-card information or sensitive medical details through the general enquiry form.
Owner confirmation still required
The owner must approve the lawful basis, retention periods, international transfers, processors, cookie/analytics position, traveller rights procedure, booking-data handling and deletion process. See the repository legal-confirmation report for the full checklist.
